Lakemont Community  was incorporated in November 2001 & established it’s Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions in December of 2002. We’ve grown from a few hundred homes to a thriving community of over twenty two hundred homes; surrounded by beautiful landscape & an abundance of pristine lakes for families to enjoy. Lakemont houses two Municipal Utility Districts (MUDS) 122 & 123 which caters to the community’s needs for water, sewer & trash disposal. The MUDS are also responsible for setting the property tax rate, collection of those taxes  as well as the community’s water supply & billing for it. Lakemont is proud of its culturally diverse makeup; it is  home to many nationalities who continue to enjoy its wonderful amenities.
