UTILITY AND CONSTRUCTION INFORMATION:
We want to ensure you’re well-informed about recent developments in our community, particularly regarding “Ezee Fiber”. In our meeting held in February 2024, it was announced that Ezee Fiber will be servicing our community and has commenced construction. Although they haven’t provided a location schedule, a Daniel the Ezee Fiber Supervisor did offer valuable insights into Ezee Fiber.
Please note, neither the Lakemont Board of Directors nor Graham Management has jurisdiction over this matter.

Lakemont is a non-gated community, and all of the streets within the community are public access roads governed by traffic laws that are enforced by Fort Bend County.
In accordance with the Association’s Deed Restrictions, Residents of Lakemont are instructed to park their vehicles either inside their garages or on their driveways. Residents should not park their vehicles on the streets for more than 48 hours. Click “HERE” to submit report
